For those opting for the fully managed option, services such as cleaning, laundry and maintenance are charged at cost. We can either pay these additional services directly on your behalf from your client account or we liaise directly with the provider to organise the changeovers with the invoices paid by you.

The separate costs of the cleaning, laundry & maintenance differs by region and property size - we can provide a full quote for these once we've visited the property.

Prefer a guaranteed income?

Finest Retreats can also offer an income guarantee. Each property is priced following a thorough analysis and we'd be happy to discuss a fixed monthly amount if you prefer the peace of mind from a fixed, regular monthly payment. In these circumstance we do ask a few things of you such as no more than one owner booking in the summer seasons and two owner bookings in the off-seasons. Each property is assessed on a case-by-case basis so please get in touch if you would like to consider this option.
