For those opting for the fully managed option, services such as cleaning, laundry and maintenance are charged at cost. We can either pay these additional services directly on your behalf from your client account or we liaise directly with the provider to organise the changeovers with the invoices paid by you.

The separate costs of the cleaning, laundry & maintenance differs by region and property size - we can provide a full quote for these once we've visited the property.

*We won't duplicate your listing on any sites you already advertise. Part of our onboarding process asks you which sites you currently advertise on. Calendar sync available with most mainstream booking and management platforms.
