Finest Retreats was founded from a frustration at OTAs who hold on to your money until after the holiday while offering no assistance or guidance to owners. It was equally frustrating seeing the traditional holiday letting agents unable to offer the services that many owners actually require such as cleaning, maintenance and key-holding and also preventing owners using their own property with restrictions on the number of owner bookings.
