We can easily link up with all the major booking platforms you may be currently using. Every time we take a booking your existing calendars will be updated, and vice versa. No hassle!

For all new owners that we accept on to our website, we will send round a professional photographer to stage your property and take some new, high quality photos. All free of charge. We recognise how important it is to show off your property in the best light and that's why we are happy to cover the cost of this important aspect of successful letting.

No annual or sign up costs make it free to list - only pay for the bookings we generate. It's risk-free advertising where you have nothing to lose! We match any competitive quote.

We only select the best, well-run properties
Enable your property to stand out from the crowd and showcase it alongside only the best cottages. Our guests tend to be more respectful and discerning since we don't market bargain-basement properties.

We take a mandatory security deposit from all guests which offers you protection and only attracts those who will treat your property with respect.

We work hard to promote your property and work with selected brands to help boost our profile and bring in more bookings for our owners.
Other optional services
Because of our personal and tailored approach we are able to offer more to those owners who want the extra assistance. Finest Retreats also offer a full property management service for the owners who would prefer a more hands-off approach. You can read more about our full management service here.
