Security deposits taken on all bookings
It's our duty to do everything we can to minimise wear and tear in your property. Unlike other agencies, Finest Retreats charges a security deposit automatically as standard on all bookings. This encourages good behaviour and helps protect you in the rare occurrences of guest breakages.

Your own property website
Finest Retreats provides an individual website for every owner, free of charge. Alongside your listing on finestretreats.co.uk and all the portal websites, we will also build you your own, bespoke property website. You can have your own cottagename.com domain. You can see an example website here.

A single point of contact
Nobody knows your property as well as you do. But with a single contact at Finest Retreats, they'll get to know it (and you!) pretty well too. With a familiar face, you can rest easier in the knowledge that a dedicated person is always looking out for you.

Weekly pricing review for yield maximisaion
In a competitive market, keeping an eye on your prices is crucial. When demand is strong and capacity is low, we will increase your prices to boost your income. Similarly, when weeks are proving unpopular with holidaymakers we will spot the trend and dynamically change prices to boost your occupancy.

Discounted holiday let insurance
Finest Retreats is able to get you better deals on holiday letting insurance (and a whole host of other services). Just ask us for a referral and we'll put you in touch with the market-leading company for some mates-rates.

Health and safety advice
Starting out can be a minefield for owners. We handhold you through the process of completing the necessary risk assessments using our templates and trained staff.

Genuine, FULL management available
We specialise in looking after the hardest parts of holiday letting. If required, we can manage the changeovers, maintenance, call-outs, soft your gas safety and fire risk certificates and take those 10pm calls from guests!

Bespoke P&L forecasts
Finest Retreats focuses on maximising your profits as an owner. We provide P&L forecasts (not just income projections) which take in to account your running costs too. We use that information to properly price the out of season bookings and always ensure you're in the black even for the winter short breaks.

Owners & housekeepers logins
You are in control. Always. Login online to manage your property and view all future booking details and payment runs. Your housekeepers also have a login where they can only view the information they need.

Attracting foreign guests
UK lets are incredibly popular with holidaymakers from Europe. The Netherlands and Germany are two big markets in particular. Finest Retreats are one of the few holiday letting agents to translate the main website in to these languages and actively promote your property on all major portals in these countries.
Active trade memberships
We are active members of the Vacation Rental Management Association and The Holiday Home Association. These trade bodies share knowledge and lobby for increased professionalisation of holiday lettings management.
Owners benefit from our membership too. We can facilitate free legal advice over the telephone as well as a host of other materials and news on holiday letting.

We make it as simple as possible to work with Finest Retreats. If your property is ready, then once you've got in touch you could be listed in a matter of days. Even if you're not quite ready, still in development, refurb or furnishing stage then arrange a visit and we'll be happy to lend our advice free of charge.

We'll come and meet you at the property to introduce ourselves properly. We'll provide pricing and income projections and if you're still redeveloping offer some advice on refurb & furnishings.
Start getting bookings
We will get the listings written, accounts created on the portals, your own property website created, housekeepers arranged and ready to start taking bookings within a week.
