For hosts who do not live locally, or who are out of town, we can HOLD A SPARE SET OF KEYS for any and all scenarios, such as emergencies, if holidaymakers are locked out or if tradespersons should ever need access.
And if keys should be misplaced, we can arrange to have new keys cut.
PROFESSIONAL photography
We only use professional photographers with experience in holiday let staging and photography. It's VITAL TO SHOWCASE your home to the highest standard possible and give your property the best first impression.

To keep your holiday running smoothly, we can arrange routine and as-needed MAINTENANCE & GARDENING JOBS.

BILL & INVOICE payments
Sometimes bills or invoices for holiday let purchases need to be settled, often when it's not convenient or easy to do.
By arrangement, any utilities and maintenance BILLS CAN BE PAID DIRECTLY for you. You'll get a full breakdown of payments on separate lines with each monthly payment run.

For some properties, it can make sense to MEET & GREET GUESTS when they arrive and show them around. If there are complicated hot tubs, saunas or hi-tech heating systems to master, nothing beats the PERSONAL SERVICE of a Finest Retreats expert to give them the first tour.
INVENTORY
checks
As part of our service, we perform REGULAR INVENTORY CHECKS to ensure nothing is missing, broken or out of action. If we do find items broken, in need of service or simply gone AWOL, we will re-stock them on your behalf, so your guests can get on with enjoying their holiday - not searching for the saucepans.
