Property Administrator

(37.5hrs/week, flexible working possible)



Finest Retreats is a holiday lettings agent focused on delivering a five-star service to our cottage owners and guests. We work incredibly hard to deliver bookings through smart marketing and, depending on an owner’s requirements, also organise changeovers and maintenance with a brilliant housekeeping team too.

We consistently achieve glowing reviews from both guests and owners by providing a flexible approach which allows our owners to stay in control.

We believe it should be easy for owners to let their properties in a hassle free way without penalties or restrictions, and that it should be easy for guests to get great service and fantastic hassle-free holiday experiences.


We are looking to maintain our excellent standards as we grow and boost the team with a new Property Administrator.


You’ll be detail-oriented, capable of multi-tasking with fantastic written and numerical skills. The ideal team member would demonstrate a can-do attitude and self-motivation to contribute to expanding our property portfolio.
The ability to build a good relationship with our newest cottage owners is key. Holiday letting knowledge would be a big advantage but is by no means essential.
You’ll be proficient in using software systems and possess strong IT literacy skills.

Hybrid working from home and our office in Roche, you’ll need a fast broadband connection and be happy and self-motivated enough to work remotely.


As we are small and growing quickly, you will need to be adaptable and prepared to muck in with any tasks beyond the main one detailed below.
Your main responsibility will be to work with our Head of Property Portfolio managing the onboarding process for new owners, ensuring they are accurately listed in a time-efficient manner. Alongside the ongoing management of our current portfolio of 670+ properties.
Initially, the main tasks include (but are not limited to):

  • Liaising with our network of professional photographers to arrange photo shoots and videos.

  • Managing the smooth integration of new properties to Finest Retreats and building an owner's property listing in our booking system, ensuring 100% accuracy.

  • Analysing property performance in alignment with market trends and implementing accurate changes and amendments.

  • Writing appealing but concise property descriptions.

  • Compiling safety documentation and guest information for new properties.

  • Working with third party marketing sites to link calendars and optimise listing placements.

  • Providing ongoing support to maintain the accuracy of our existing property portfolio.

  • Delivering excellent service to our owners and making a great first impression. 



  • Salary: £23,500

  • Working hours: 37.5 hours per week.

  • 32 days holiday per year
