We do more than 'sourcing you a cleaner'. We employ or own and ensure they meet our rigorous property care standards. Area managers also check up on the house on a regular basis.

Sweeping chimneys, cutting grass and servicing boilers are all simple maintenance jobs that need to be arranged and completed. Even down to changing the batteries in the TV remote.
Linen & laundry
Keeping sheets crisp and clean is a vital part of holiday home management. We take care of this too.
Welcome packs
You only get one chance at a first impression - we will supply, pack and deliver handmade hampers which contain a variety of locally sourced and artisan products that will help guests feel at home from the moment they walk through the door.
Advertising & Bookings
We market your property extensively. We manage your availability across a huge number of advertising platforms to get you maximum exposure and bookings.
Guest meet & greet
For some properties, it can make sense to meet them when they arrive and show them around. If there are complicated hot tubs, saunas or hi-tech heating systems to master, nothing beats the personal service of a Finest Retreats expert to give them the first tour.
Key holding
For guests who are out of town, we can hold a spare set of keys for emergencies, if holidaymakers are locked out and if trades ever need access.
Inventory checks
Regular inventory checks to ensure nothing is missing. If we do find items broken or having gone AWOL, we will re-stock them on your behalf.
Free professional photography
We only use full-time professional photographers with experience in holiday let staging and photography. It's vital to showcase your home to the highest standard.
Paying bills
Finest Retreats can pay any utilities and maintenance bills directly - you'll see the separate entries on each monthly payment run.

Tegannedd was new to the market from January 2019. We advised on how to decorate, furnish set up the property and then handled the marketing and management of the house on behalf of the owners, Phil and Vanda. The professional photography and extensive marketing has ensured the house had had a storming first year of letting, far exceeding their expectations.
Finest Retreats manage the housekeeping which includes the maintenance of a hot tub. We also communicate closely with the owners whenever any maintenance jobs crop up and we arrange for local trades to attend.
