Finest Retreats is a holiday lettings agent focused on delivering a five-star service to cottage owners. We work incredibly hard to deliver bookings through smart marketing and, depending on an owner’s requirements, we also organise the changeovers and maintenance with a brilliant housekeeping team too.

We consistently outshine the competition and have achieved glowing reviews from both guests and owners.

Thanks to word of mouth and a great service we're growing and therefore require the right person to join the team and help look after the new owners who have signed up with us. Our whole ethos is to put our cottage owners first and it's your job to co-ordinate their on-boarding and ensure they receive a friendly and diligent service.


You’ll be very detail-oriented with fantastic written skills and able to build a good relationship with our newest cottage owners.

Educated to degree level, you understand the current UK staycations situation and be able to understand the mindset of a holiday cottage owner. Holiday letting knowledge would be a big advantage but is by no means essential.

Working from home, you’ll need a fast broadband connection and be happy and self-motivated enough to work remotely. Occasionally you may need to visit local properties to check on some details so it would be beneficial to have your own car and a full UK driving licence.

As we are small and growing quickly, you will need to be adaptable and prepared to muck in with any tasks beyond the main one detailed below.


Your main responsibility will be to look after new owners who have signed up and ensure they are accurately listed in a time-efficient manner. Initially, the main tasks include (but are not limited to):

•    Liaising with our network of professional photographers to arrange photo shoots and drone videos.
•    Building an owner's property listing in our booking system ensuring 100% accuracy.
•    Writing the property descriptions to appeal to holidaymakers.
•    Working with third party marketing sites to link calendars and optimise their placements.
•    Determining occupation rules according to owners' wishes.

•    Helping owners to let their property legally by arranging gas safety and fire safety etc certificates.

•    Making a great first impression to our new owners.
